  • WTB: 4” Brass Chassis FOUND PLEASE DELETE

Looking for one of these new or used, or very similar. 4” solid, not adjustable. (Minus that slab of weight of course lol)

looks like a slightly modified Womp chassis. I've seen them for sale occasionally. There are also some knock offs available if you search.
Go fast, turn left. Now in tiny HO size..
    Thanks,
    Rick

Thanks, been searching, no luck so far. Lots of “out of stock”!

Some Womp type chassis were brass, others were steel. Most of them wanted to bend right at the motor bracket, which is why the one you have shown has been reinforced.
I looked at the Parma website and there were no Womp chassis for sale. I also checked Professor Motor and Womp type chassis were out of stock there.

Hi Steve, The FCR 4" chassis (the chassis in your pic) is, as I am sure you know, no longer made, and a quick check with Eagle, PCH, and Mid America failed to turn up anything.......that said,...the FCR's do show up on epay fairly regularly, and,if your rules allow, you could modify a Mid America "Hammer Womp", or, a LVJ Charger, or, a H&R Stinger.........all of these will have similar performance to the FCR, and, all of these are available at Pacific Coast Hobbies.

            Cheers
            Chris Walker
