More Ghost Tracks is the second volume. I have that one.
Ghost Tracks contains articles on Mid America Raceways in Wentzville, Mo. and Lake Garnett, Ka. A friend tipped me off on vintage races at Lake Garnett in October. Looks worth a trip.
Amazon does list Ghost Tracks, the least expensive one at $199.00. Too rich for my blood.

On Lake Garnett: http://lggpr.org/ .
There are a number of videos on YouTube.
I’ve seen that website, and have the Camel GT program.
MAR hosted a Trans-Am race way back when. One Jackie Ickx raced in it; imagine the culture shock fro him. My friend’s father used to take me along to the USAC stock car races. Big old ‘60s American iron on a narrow, tight, twisty track. I made the two Came GT races in the ‘70s. Memories of Carl Schafer’s wild AAGT Camaro, DeKon Monzas, and Porsche Carreras. Since I saw Tom Frank race his Monza there, I picked one up at Mark Twain Hobby, not too far down the road from MAR.
Dorsey Schroeder started his career there.
My last visit was when one P.L. Newman raced Bob Sharp’s Datsun.
