  • Slot it controller FOR SALE ************ (S O L D ) **************

    Hey guys
I'm not sure what I have here, but it was in a box of stuff I bought as a bundle. I would entertain offers on this controller
as I have no need for it. I will check back tomorrow after noon after work Click image for larger version Name:	20211025_170607 (1).jpg Views:	144 Size:	4.73 MB ID:	128453 Click image for larger version Name:	20211025_170610.jpg Views:	135 Size:	3.78 MB ID:	128454

Does it have an analog cartridge? If so, I would be interested in it if Wayne changes his mind.

The photo shows the SCP1 with what I believe is the standard analog "club polarity" cartridge, pre-fitted with an XLR connector. The XLR is probably wired up per the guidance found on slotcarcorner, and is what many clubs use. An adapter from XLR to alligator clips may need to be purchased or made if your club doesn't use that connector.

The SCP1 is still a great controller.

It would be best to check on which cartridge is installed in that controller. Since the controller has the XLR plug that is commonly used with 1/32nd scale club tracks in the US it probably is a SCP01b positive polarity cartridge, Slot.it calls that an Analog Common Ground cartridge. They call Analog negative polarity cartridges Common Positive. The newer controllers can have a universal cartridge that works with both polarities.
