  • Light hearted Halloween deco for the track.

Just silly fun today. The General knows I like to have some fun with track decorations this time of year. She found some toy figures that are actually pretty close to 1/32.
Little early but gives you time to order and paint In time. Heck, if they can start putting out Christmas trees already, I think this is ok.

I sprayed basic gray primer first for paint adhesion then use inexpensive Walmart Apple Barrel acrylics for colors.
I'll throw the link to the figures below. Some with little ones might find it fun to do. Or, like me, you will never grow up.

We can count on Harry for good advise and fun projects. So, I checked out the link for the figures. Ghouls, monsters, dinosaurs, etc. are fine, but the collection also has spiders in it. I don't do spiders, not even small plastic ones. No way I could run laps with something like that in my line of sight.

LOL! I know exactly which excellent article in HRW archives where you got the instructions for that painting technique! The Aussies will be so proud. You did great. I still haven't done any, but they will be done someday!

I know that might be a little late with this comment , but I think that if you plan on scaring the competition with the figures they need to pop up at just the right time

Nice job on painting Frankie! And that little Godzilla (little Godzilla?) is cute!
Why doesn't my car run like that?
