Just finished my hosting of a Revoslot proxy (8th race of 10). For the most part, the cars ran great. Differences seemed to be around body style. We ran these basically stock.
The difference time wise for 38 laps on my new track (3 lanes, 56ft per) was less than 12 seconds between 1st and 11th place. And only a difference of 4 seconds between 4th and 11th. How is that for close and equal .

One thing I learned (with the help/advise/input of some of our local crew), these tires do NOT like to be cleaned with a lint roller!! A rag with a little lighter fluid did the trick. Cleaned them before qualifying and in-between heats.

GSnopoint, is this the finishing order pictured? If so, it appears our upcoming proxy can vary greatly with 10 different tracks running. We should have a blast. I will need to consult on intermittent tire cleaning prior to our start of our proxy as some may like the idea of a cleaning solution while others may prefer tape.

Yes, this was the finishing order. This was the 8th of 10 races all on different local tracks. I don't know if it was that my track is new and not rubbered in yet or not, but cleaning with a little solution was the ticket. I actually ran my race twice, the first run was cleaning with tape, tires balled up rather quickly and did not give most of the cars a fair shake.
