How to send a PM to someone???

1) How do you send a PM to someone like we did before??

2) Harry, you sent me a message thru "VistorMessage??" and every time I type in a reply in the comment box, a message comes up that "I'm not authorized to create this post"...it won't send???

Need explanation on these questions please...thanks in advance!!

First click on the person's screen name as is shown under his avatar. Next click Private Message. Enter a subject and compose your message in the next box, then hit Post and off it goes.
