New member can't post or reply?

Got a buddy, BigWick88, that I can see online but he doesn't show up as a member (since 2/12) and he can't post or reply to anything. Any ideas as to why?

Either he did not answer the registration email, or the email went to his junk folder. Until he clicks on the email to verify his account, it stays that way.

I set this up as our anti-spam counter measure.

I will go in and validate...but he needs to check his spam folder on his email.
