Clicking On New Topics Button, Then Topic Disappears

Not sure if this is supposed to be how it works or I'm doing something wrong.

When I click on the New Topics button, then choose a new topic to read, read the posts in that topic, then exit that topic, the topic is no longer listed in the New Topics list. A few times I have wanted to re-read a topic I have already read but it no longer exists in the list.

I hope my message isn't too confusing.

Working as intended. Once you read a given post in the "New Topics" post, vBulletin no longer considers it "new" (i.e. it's now been "read"). You can still view the thread in the sub-forum where it is posted.
