I guess the old private messages cache was not possible to be migrated...unless I am missing something.
Correct - data (posts, PM's, etc.) was not migrated from the old HRW Forum to the new HRW Forum. However, there are no plans to delete the "Old" HRW Forum - this includes posts and private messages - it will still be available in read-only mode. For more information, please refer to this post on the old HRW Forum.

Referring to the link above, in particular please note the sentence (in large bold font) which reads:
"Meaning we are not LOSING anything. So don’t panic."
Am I going blind or even more dumb than usual? Tried to find old PM's on the old site and I could not find a link to the PM's anywhere. Any comments or suggestions? And the "New forum launch" link in the quoted post seems broken
FYI - you should be able to access your old PM's (on the old HRW Forum) now. Just remember you'll need to login to the old Forum with your old username and password to see them.
To any other forum members reading this post, please note that while the PM's on the old HRW Forum are currently accessible, we would STRONGLY encourage any forum members who have old PM's they want to save indefinitely to copy/paste them into a Word document. At some point in the future (we can't predict when), the software driving the old HRW Forum will no longer be supported and we don't have the option to update it. This lack of a viable update path is in large part what drove the decision to move to the new HRW Forum which runs on a completely different software platform that is always up-to-date, supported and will continue to be so going forward.
