I went to Chesapeake Light Craft and I found out they had a CNC Router.
I went into the office with the plans for the track I wanted. To make things easy, I took a section of Artin track and a Carrera guide.
After a little time they let me know they could route the track
I supplied 3 sheets of 3/4 MDF. Since I was going to use copper tape I saved a little money. When it was all done, we came up with a price of $250.00 to route the track.
I think $250.00 is not a bad deal to route a Gypsy track. 21x9 tri oval is a nice track.
Unfortunately COVID 19 hit before I could complete the track. If I have no one to run on it I stopped construction.
If you are in the area of Annapolis, MD and want to race on a 5 lane tri oval drop me a PM.
Courtney, it all depends on how much work you are willing to do. I have nothing to do with this company I just know the person who is doing this. He is actually a great person to work
