  • NSR 86/89 Formula Announcement

Just seen it on the HRW FB group.

Attention!!! It's time to show you the biggest nsr news of the last 10 years.
We kept the top secret project for a long time, without revealing any clue after the release of the Mercedes
In this period of time, we have developed, designed and tested (over and over again) on track a news to say little fantastic:
We can officially announce the birth of the nsr formula

The NSR 86/89 formula takes inspiration from Formula 1 of the late 80 s, and is a generic model that recalls the cars of that era, without entering into the detail of any model in particular.
An innovative project, in full nsr style. We developed the car to be ultra performing on track, and treated in aesthetics and details.
It is undoubtedly the birth of a new nsr era, a new category, a new made in Italy masterpiece in scale 1/32.

The model is in fact extremely fast just came out of the original Pack, and ready to give battle on
Together with the model, we have already ready many race accessories, such as rims rims, tires tires, a new transmission and much more

It will be available soon, it is already in production. The first models will be on sale soon!

This should be interesting. Not a big F1 fan, but choosing the older and WIDER models is pretty appealing to me.

    We shall see....

These will sell like hotcakes. NSR is going to start with basic plain colored cars but are planning to do real liveries! I wonder if the tobacco/alcohol sponsored cars will be available??

Indycals currently offer a range excellent quality of decals for a variety of 1986/88 F1 cars (tobacco/Alcohol decals included) ....they would work really well!!

Pattos' also produce various decal sheets for F1 cars, as well as tobacco/alcohol decals, for the same time period.

          Cheers

PS there may be others as well..........not wishing to ignore any other potential suppliers

Is that a Slim Can motor or is it an FK180 long can motor? It is hard to tell from the sketch.

Great, I've never been a real fan of the slim can motors.

Congratulations NSR, I really like this car, and I love this era in F1!

Now how do I register for that F1 proxy Zack has going on......?

Maybe a switch over to these would be fun for the series if they work as good as they should. The scaley cars are a nice entry level proxy though, since they can be had for 30 bucks. I am getting one for sure!

Any rumors on the release date? Read somewhere by the end of the year.
