Many of his builds are from body kits made by Karl Heinz Hornberg of Fein Design Model. Niemas designs and markets his own brass chassis, some specifically for Hornberg’s models. It’s worth checking out his site also.

I stopped by a Swiss raceway about two years ago. The owner had many Fein Design kits on the shelf, many multiple. “Not for sale.” I wanted a Honker.
Amazingly, Fein offers models that aren’t exactly what other companies would consider as popular or big sellers.

Beautiful modeling work but it's always disappointing to see the body sitting higher than the chassis. The things you have to sacrifice to race a slot car.
