Thanks again for another nice review as I am always looking forward to each and every one of them! Great set of very iconic cars. Love em!

Reinecke and I are nuts for these cars. We have competed many times trying to buy the old SCX version and others that were lesser examples of these cars. Of course, these are far superior to those antiques. I miss David, abusing him with his salads and altitude. Hey... I used to abuse some other guys- Kurt, Jenny, Lynn... Good god, have I been screwing up HRW? NO, no,no, no...

...lockdown and isolation tends to encourage introspection. No, no, no... David, where are you?

Maybe I’ll get lucky and I’ll find one laying around unused. Oh well, in the meantime, I’ll just watch Harry’s vid over and over and over and over......

I'm here, but not much - still doing house moving stuff, getting settled, changing things at the new job, and just being a nusance.

I did get my P34 set and had heard about a scale problem - I mean it may be a little smaller, but I'll race it!

I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. If you notice, the tiny one in David's photo doesn't have an engine showing. It actually IS a different scale. Given some of the previous models of this car, that joke could be real, some of them were so bad. I can't wait to see this new one in person, its been a looong time coming.

Good to see you still kickin', David. We worry about you when you're gone.

Had to look twice at Dave's pic. Funny guy.

Just changed the stock rear tires to urethane copies of the McLaren M23 which are slightly smaller in diameter. Didn't even sand them.

                    Ran great. Quiet and smooth.

                    Well done Scalextric.

                      Great joke DR
I have had mine for a few months now. Still running strong. I was going to switch the motor out but never did. Crazy fast, but I love it.
Interest to see what Harry does with the motor

                          LOL
I had one of those AFX P34 as a kid - was my favourite cars loved how different it was. I still have the body and bits - its in nowhere near the condition yours is in.

Yes, I saw it on Pendle while ordering borders for my Policar track so I had to include it. I only kept the Jodi S. #3 car though, sold the #4
