HO TransAm Proxy Race #4 - the Orange Crush - Canton, OH - results posted!!!!

Race #4 on the Max Trax - "Orange Crush" is in the books!
Action kicked off shortly after 2pm today in sunny Canton, OH!
Similar to the last race, after unboxing, all cars were treated to a quick tire cleaning via a roll of light tack blue painters tape and had their shoes cleaned via Dremel with an EZ473 (220 grit) detail brush.

Qualifying was done on the "blue" lane by local racer Reese Whymer and was a 6 lap run with the best lap of the run being used for ranking.

Racing action!
After arranging the cars in their qualifying order, racing began with the slower qualifying cars, progressing up to the top qualifiers.

Our drivers for the event were:
Reese W - yellow lane
Mike K (Zcarfan) - blue lane
Aronn P - white lane
Russell M - red lane

Steve R handled PC duties

I took car of pictures and scribe duties

We had three marshals assisting in corner marshaling and car rotations - making for a very smooth operation! Thank you Rick A, Bernie W (track owner) and Terry P!

Racing format was standard 2 minutes per lane, with cars doing a straight through rotation, starting in yellow and coming off in red.
And other than a brief pause between qualifying and racing action for some tasty eats - it was racing, racing, racing!
