Can you change the size to print them for bigger wheels? I need something similar for these big wheels.

i know that they can be scaled for bigger scale wheels.
the spokes get thinner with bigger wheels, so they look even better.

Peter, would it be possible to make ( print ) the spokes even a bit thinner yet in 43rd scale resin printing, so that the inner parts ( which meet the hub ) wouldn´t be merged but separate ? I know, this would become a really tiny opening between the spokes, but meanwhile one can see such tiny and fiddly details printed even with those cheaper resin printers that probably the wish has become the father of the tought...OR ?

I do not know the resolution of the resin printers.
The spoke wheels have been designed to be able to be printed by shapeways.
shapeways has clear design guide lines for free standing sprues - and the spoke wheel inserts are designed on the limit of what shapeways is allowing. They are 0,3mm thin.
maybe at home you can go thinner, but this has to be try and error.

Thank you Peter. I seem to recall a resolution of

                  ● XY DPI : 47um (2560*1440)
                  ● Y axis resolution : 1.25um
                  ● Layer resolution : 25 ~ 100um

                  for the Photon S.

                  Kind regards,

                  Roland

Those look great. They're about what, the size of a dime? Print resolution is getting really good.

those should be 8.6mm outside diameter

changed the spoke arrangment for a better optic, also made the spoke thinner.
the shown inserts are 8,6mm outside diameter
                    0,34"

I tried printing wire wheels on my resin printer but they were extremely fragile using basic resin.

I haven’t given up yet and am going to try 100% Tenacious resin to see if I can home print something that will, stand up to slotcar use
                      Cheers

Oh okay I see now that they're yours Peter. I have you bookmarked. .340 diameter would be good. I need to get some more guides from you anyhow.
