    Wheel inserts, help please?

    So this is a carrera GS vette with a plafit chassis. I used BRM TA wheels and need inserts. BRM makes minilites but they don't "fit the look" I'm after
    Anyone make cragar 5 spoke, or aluminum 5 slot type inserts? Halibrand?
    3D printed, resin cast I don't care.

    Carrera wheels are too small to fit right once the tire is off and you remove the bulge.
    Regular 1/24 model wheels are to small diam for these wheels also

    About 0.625 id to the wheel

          E Z MAG makes torque thrust and Keystone style inserts for 5/8 ID wheels - you may want to take a look at those?

                                          For what it’s worth, Strombecker made a series of “Mag” wheels that may be worth cutting-out their centers...

                                                  Looks good Bill
                                                  The Halibrands are the right wheels. Just need to put a dark wash over them to bring out the depth and highlights.
