The Tues Nite Crashers tear up a lot of stuff and most every car has to be freshened up about once a year. This week it was a couple of mine that were pretty much falling apart. Vac bodies are cheap, but getting "T Boned" or flying onto the floor wears them out!! The purple roadster was full fendered, but the fenders got cut off. Fenders were all busted up, but the rest of the body is still pretty good, now it's a High Boy. Chassis was still pretty good, but rear tires were due for a re-cap. Added a new set of gears and it's good again. Chassis is the simple LVJ with a brass pan that fits the body outline,

this was a green full fendered 34 Coupe that was mostly covered with yellow duct tape. Took it apart and put the frame in the blast cabinet and then gave it a coat of gold. Cut the fenders off a coupe body I get from a guy in Canada. Gave it a quick coat of black, freshened gears and tires and it's good to go also. It's a cut up H&R.

This one came off Ebay, mostly for the body. It is a Dynamic 36D s/w. I put fresh silicones on it and wired up the motor and it screams. Before I use the body for another racer, I'm going to see how it does. It is a nice throwback car. Lot of cars like this in the mid 60's. Those old dynamic parts could build a decent running car.

Not real scale or detailed, but we have fun running this kind of car.
