  • Harvey time!

I've always wanted to add a Harvey Aluminum to my garage. Got lucky and picked up this nice vintage body and mounted it to a Testor's chassis from the parts bin. Runs great and I love the look too! Click image for larger version

Calvin Sallee does this car in a resin kit and I got a body from him and made the mold to do .a few hollow resin bodies. Take time and read the history of Mickey Thompson at Indy. The crash that killed Dave awas pretty much because the car wasn't driveable.

Hi Matt, that is a very nice build and yes, I've read several accounts of crash. I've also read up on Mickey Thompson. He was quite the innovator.
