Hello fellas. I have an update for all of you involved in this proxy.
Unfortunately at this time we have stalled out, and even with a little longer than we all voted for the next two clubs on the roster are very understandably having trouble getting these races run.
That said, I have asked Glenn (101corvettes) to ship the cars back to me. I will be sending them home to all of you for now.
I think it best at this point that we just hit the reset button on this whole thing, so that in a few months time (hopefully) I can get a list of tracks going and we can try again.
I understand this is a bit frustrating, but I think at this point it is simply the best thing to do. We must be respectful of everyone in this time, and I feel we have given it sufficient time to clear out. This decision was made not only because of the time frame, but because rubber tire cars sitting around this long just don't perform the same, and I would hate to see results impacted by this as well.
THOSE OF YOU WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE NEXT GO AROUND WILL HAVE A GUARANTEED SPOT IN THE RACE. I WILL ALSO BE GIVING YOU FREE ENTRY MINUS RETURN SHIPPING.
THOSE WHO WISH NOT TO PARTICIPATE CAN RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THIS ROUND IF YOU WISH.
This is a difficult decision with such a great group of cars put together, but I am confident we can do the same next go around.
