Race was completed Friday evening, and what a close race it was. It took a full day of review of video footage and timing data to determine the winners (jk, I was busy yesterday and couldn't get the results in in time, and was distracted this morning by the F1 race in Turkey).

My track is marked in tenths so that I can use that information to determine which car has gone further in a given lap should there be any ties. There was a tie in lap distance for cars in both races where this information became important. I know fastest lap is another way to determine places at the finish but I am able to use track tenths. We also placed a sticker on the track wall where each car finished to further determine distance.

                            BTCC RESULTS:

                            Drivers:

                            Blue Lane: Phil Basaldu
                            Yellow Lane: Jonathan Bianchi
                            Red Lane: Dickie Pearson

This race was decide by exactly 1 lap of distance (approx. 60ft). These cars will all surprisingly fun to drive given the stock tuning restrictions and stock parts. Good job to all the builders on their creative tuning to get these cars running competitively.

                            Podium:

1st Place: #111 BMW REL 85.1 Laps (28.3 avg per lane)
                            2nd Place: #303 Honda Aloha 84.1 Laps (28.0 avg)
3rd Place: #7 BMW Billy Boy 81.8 Laps (27.0 avg)

                            Classic DTM Results:

                            Drivers:

                            Blue Lane: Claudio Serrano
                            Yellow Lane: Hugo Serrano
                            Red Lane: Bob Bianchi

This was another 1 lap separation between first and second with third place just 3 tenths of a lap back. These cars had lots of grip, but the increased power made them a bit more tricky to drive as the lap totals were very similar to the BTCC on this particular track.

                            Podium:

1st Place: #25 War Eagle River Opel 85.7 laps (28.3 avg)
                            2nd Place: #38 dungeonracer Opel 84.7 (28.0 avg)
                            3rd Place: #12 cj74 Mercedes 84.4 (28.0 avg)
