Here you go. The track is modular and there is a version with longer straights called Paula Metz.

The Legend cars are ideal for bull ring racing. Passing on the outside should be challenging.
Slothead Racing calls dibbs on the inside lane, if that's allowed.Comment

The average qualifying time for all 32 cars at Ivoryton was 3.000 seconds, let's see what we get at the Manure Pile. The outer lane has a coat of satin polyurethane, so there can be a little more grip up there. I am not positive what the lane spacing is, but it is less than at Ivoryton, so passing on the outside would be risky. At Ivoryton a few of the cars were wagging a lot, even on the straights, that could hold up a faster car for quite a while.Comment

I love racing on this track. We have been racing here for years! It is competitive no matter what lane you are in. Like any oval, the outside lane has a little farther to go but a good driver can pass. The outside lane is just awesome with the additional traction. I’m sorry I am missing this event! I heard these cars are great and put on a good show. You all are in good hands as Quick Dick McMannix has been doing this forever and invented slot cars!

"Q" time is nearing @ the Wild Manure Pile . Lane 3 is the "Q" lane. In pre "Q" time, a handful of cars were run after cleaning the track and they were well behaved and easy to drive. We have had IROC style events on this track with REL fleet of legends and they were fun and very predictable and I expect the same in "Q" session and the actual race. Stay tuned for results.Comment

Thank you for posting the qualification results so quickly. The Slothead cars didn't qualify as well as for the prior race but we're still looking forward to race day. For the first two races we'll be the meat in a MnFordGuy sandwich, then in the 3rd race both of our cars will be on the track at the same time. For the final race our #44 will be on lane 4 as Tusco Todd's #71 finishes up on lane 1. What could be better than that?

Just had a thought that is NOT intended to be a proposal for changing anything.
Since the number of cars (32) is evenly divisible by the number of lanes (4) the racing could be conducted as a series of individual 4 car 8 minute features. Feature #1 - cars 32 through 29 rotate lanes every 2 minutes resulting in a feature finishing order as well as lane and overall total laps. There would be 8 features, with Feature #8 being between the top 4 qualifiers. In each feature the number of laps per lane and overall laps would be more meaningful because the racing would (hopefully) be more competitive and there would be an outcome every 4 rotations. In the end there'd be 8 feature winners, plus an overall winner and finishing order based on laps completed.
I'll probably get yelled at for sharing this, but so be it.
