    Drivers focused and green light!
Chappyman´s Porsche great start that took the lead, Slothead just head to tail and the Mercedes found a gap and stay third, on the other hand Z carfan lost 3 places, being fourth.
At the tail of the group was a great battle Jaguar to Jaguar.
T County Lug Nuts fantastic performance .

On lap 16 Slothead attacked Chappyman, tried to overtake him by the outside and finished over the barriers and out of the race! Safety Car.

Positions after 25 laps ( initial position on brackets)
    1st #2 Chappyman (porsche) (2)
    2nd #5 dw5555 (Mercedes) (4)
    3rd #2 Z carfan (Ferrari) (1)
    4th #22 Thundadownunda (Ferrari) (5)
    5th #6 T County Lug Nuts (Chevrolet) (9)
    6th #6 Vonsirius (Jaguar) (6)
    7th #16 Racing Bandit (Jaguar) (7)
    8th #130 CJR Racing (Porsche) (8)

Slothead Racing is delighted no one was hurt, especially our brave driver. Given the serious accident in F1 recently we thought drivers might be hesitant, so we told our driver to take any advantage possible. Trying to pass on the outside was daring and we paid the price, but also showed we have no fear.

Besides, the promo ladies really go for the 'no guts no glory' attitude.

Our driver made a fantastic start and was happy with how the car was running. He is confident but upset with the "crazy" outside move since he was finally at the front! Glad no one was hurt.

We don't think the car has been hurt, and told him to keep up the run!

With things as they are in racing these days the only way to get airtime on sports broadcasts is to be involved in a crash or pull off a daredevil pass - so we figured the move was well worth it.

With Slothead out of the way I don't have to worry about him in my mirror. (he's my bane) What I am worried about is finishing so high in the 1st leg. We do better coming from behind. Now I gotta figure out driver strategy from here.

              Race report , part two.

              Suddenly rain starts.
All drivers made a pit stop. Surpricesly all teams made a clean stop , no waste of time.

At lap 35 Vonsirius lost control while battling whith Racing Bandit, stay crossed on the track and CJR has no oportunity to avoid collision! both cars out!

              Fierce battle at the front!

Positions after 50 laps ( initial position on brackets)

              1st #2 Chappyman (porsche) (2)
              2nd #2 Z carfan (Ferrari) (1)
              3rd #5 dw5555 (Mercedes) (4)
              4th #6 T County Lug Nuts (Chevrolet) (9)
              5th #22 Thundadownunda (Ferrari) (5)

#130 CJR Racing (Porsche) (8) DNF
              #8 Slothead (Chevrolet) (3) DNF

As fast as it came rain stops, all team need now to change tyres again.
Once again all team made an excelent job.

TCLN was second now, whath an epic come back! while dw5555 and Chappyman were losing positions.

Positions after 75 laps ( initial position on brackets)

              2nd ##6 T County Lug Nuts (Chevrolet) (9)
              3rd #2 Chappyman (Porsche) (2)
              4th #22 Thundadownunda (Ferrari) (5)
              5th #16 Racing Bandit (Jaguar) (7)

#130 CJR Racing (Porsche) (8) DNF

The yellow Ferrari was leading but TCLN want to make history, begin last finish first , but out braked and crashed, at the pits they can´t belive it!

Half of the field wrecked and out....what a crazy race! We are glad no one was hurt.

We knew that Ferrari was fast, sitting on the pole. Our fast start gave us an advantage but we just couldn't hold on to the win. Congratulations to zcarfan for the pole and the win!

The team has a brief taste of success....now we are moving forward to win fair and square! Tough to win from the U2 class, but the Porsche just keeps running!

I knew it was too good to be true. I hate starting out so high in the standings at the beginning of a race. I don't know what happened in the last 25 laps but we fell on our a$$. I have to have a serious talk with our crew chief.

Great result from the topless Ferrari crew, gaining places and picking up the bottom step of the podium, congrats to Zcarfan and Chappy on their podiums, commiserations to those that had a DNF.
Gained some points and we look forward to Round 3

From hero to zero in a corner!
Our team is still happy that we were able to charge back through the field and make a good show of things!
We were gunning for Zcarfan's Ferrari and alllllmost had him - but as they say, close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades - so it looks like we will have to really get our act together for the next race to work at pulling ourselves out of the this tie for last place we are in!
