It looks fabulous but short in the wheelbase department which isn't good for running deep into bends.

This one actually is going into the corner very well, it's the acceleration after the apex where the issue is. Under normal circumstances I would agree with the wheelbase theory, but with the ability to tune with springs front and rear, it's a matter of grip and when power can be applied. I found it's more a function of my gear and motor combination that makes it a challenge out of the corner, too much torque that over powers the rear. Changed the gearing today, softened the pod, stiffened the guide spring, and a tire change. Now it's more drivable, last modification would be less motor considering the weight is only 83g. Now it's on par with my top GT3 car.

This is a great looking chassis, I am surprised it is that light with a brass main plate!

I am still tweaking mine, but it is basically in its final form right now. I will have to get some under the bonnet pics.

Great looking car! Some BBS wheel inserts or something would be perfect for that thing!

                        Hi Guys

Arrived home from SA late last night. Things are rather chaotic this morning, but will update everyone and the forum soon. Deadline for cars to be here is November 15th, so you have a bit more than one month!

I agree - great looking chassis! Is it commercially available or is that a custom?

It's a commercially available custom from DoSlot.
