    Hello fellow GT3 racers.

The cars arrived late last week from Kelowna and the box is still sitting sealed in the living room and I my chances of getting a slap against the the head from MRS. F1FAN (note the all caps!) are increasing exponentially with every day that passes.

Soon you will get more details on the final body off look at the top cars from the 2020 series, we might even do a live Zoom meeting and you can ask all the questions you want, honest and truthful answers are however not guaranteed!

Watch this space for more detail coming soon!

Chris, I think the time that you take to disseminate this info at the end of the series is unique and incredibly helpful. This is the only proxy that I have seen this done and is a great learning tool for all of us. Of course it is clearly one thing to see what the top tuners do and something quite different to try and emulate them! As always the devil is in the details and in that respect there are good reasons why the fast guys consistently remain the fast guys.

Thanks for the hours you put into this: it is greatly appreciated.

I agree. Always interesting to hear your observations. Curious to see if you will be able run the cars as a post Proxy to compare times but do not want the Mrs. to be upset. By the way tell her thank you for allowing us to take your time away.

Thanks for the kind comments, much appreciated.

I am looking for suggestions on when (time and day) to host a Zoom meeting to wrap up the season and take a closer look at the cars. We have a racers from across multiple time zones, and if possible I would like to host it after work during the week. Although I spend a significant amount of time every day on various conference meeting platforms I am new to Zoom.

Please post below if you have suggestions on what day/time (Pacific) you think could work...this Thursday at 7pm?

Works for me also, try and set your time for 24 hours instead of 1 hour. Time starts the minute the host signs in. Nothing like a daughter's national dance team Zoom meeting dropping with a bunch of Dance moms chatting. Best zoom meeting ever......till now

Fantastic! Ten Proxy rounds completed within seven months and now an under the hood Zoom Meeting! What next a live trophy presentation????

Actually i wont be able to make the Zoom meeting, I’ll be in Hope, BC.....yes right beside you F1Fan. I’ll be driving back home from Hope at that time. I’ll catch it on YouTube afterwards if that’s where it gets saved.

Looks like Rob is unavailable on Thursday, any suggestions for another day? How about next week Tuesday or Wednesday - 16th or 17th, or perhaps (tentative) this week Friday June 12th? (time will remain 7pm PST)

Please post below your preference, and let's try to get the maximum number of entrants on the call.

BTW the trophies arrived yesterday, so I will also do the presentation...live on air....!

I will sign in pretty much any time.... yes, yes I know: I should get a life... We normally have our GVSCC weekly Zoom Not-a-race meeting @ 7pm on Fridays but if that is the best time for the most people I will skip that.

In an attempt to accommodate as many schedules as possible, and especially that of our new Champion, the live Zoom interactive meeting will be next Wednesday (June 17th) at 7pm Pacific Daylight Time. Prior to that, I will run a few cars and will compare these times with the original times posted in Round 0 during our meeting. Make sure to have a beverage ready and add this date/time to your calendar now!

Watch this space for details on how to join the meeting.

Depending on your schedule it is never too early for a beverage . You have to remember , it is always 5 o'clock somewhere
