Here is the people I have heard from, thank you to those who contacted me. They are in no particular order until we are closer to starting time. If you are interested in hosting a round please contact me!

Here is the track that I will host the qualifaction round on. It is a 34ft, paperclip style track. The track has exceptional grip, lots of room for racing and has a large radius change in each lane. It can be ran both directions, but I usually run it in Clockwise.

Track record with a GT3 Proxy car is 2.71 seconds! My normal tuned up fly cars will be somewhere in the 3.4 second range usually.

        Hi Zack
I volunteered to host early on and I'm still interested. I have an 86' routed braid track. Excellent grip and challenging. Considering Covid, any race format would be fine with me. Multi-lane time trial is no problem if neecessary.

Zack, my game room project should be complete by March. We could run on my 68.5' track, 4 lane routed braid. Click image for larger version

What is the guild depth on that track. I remember last time I ran there the slot it wood guild was to big to run. Had to change over to standard guild to run.

In the rules it states 6.5mm max under the braids for the Canada tracks.

This should be fine for Stumbleys, most of my cars did fine there.

We also offered to host at Rockledge Raceway. We have another track we can use if another is needed.

I could host on my King Mini Boola track. It's 4 lane, routed, 55 running feet. http://www.shorer.com/ed/King_Mini_Boola_Raceway.html Let me know what you think.

Eddie, that is a great looking track. I am not sure however if it will be the best venue for these cars with very limited power output. I will get back to you after I do some thinking on the subject.

I really appreciate your offer, and will keep you in mind for some of my other proxies as well!

Thanks. I know it's not the usual "Flat track," but it's been used exclusively for 1/32 RTR cars for ten years in our Far Out Slot Car club. It's a non-magnet club that runs Ninco Classic, Fly, Slot.it, Racer, SCX, and Revo Slot. For reference, top Fly cars (using Ortmanns and lead weight under the chassis) go 5.15 or so, at 12.5 volts.
              Let me know.

Up to 8 tracks, Thank you very much to the guys who have messaged me about their Covid precautions.

If the situation does not improve we will of course be allowing some flexibility in how the proxy's are ran, as most are already doing. For example running 3 lanes of a 4 lane track, or running cars with limited drivers and track calls etc.
