Car are arriving!

I got the first two cars in the mail today. Both Canada entries, one from BARC1 and one from Chrisguyw.

Both arrived safe and sound and were packaged well!

I will be doing my final test tonight. Then I will get them out for some pictures so all can marvel at their beauty!

Two new motors arrived today from Mark. The old motor was only tacking 14K. Hope these are up to par. If not 2 minnows sitting in the motor box. Hopefully I got the tire chatter out of it after a little sidewall work. Doesn't look like I am going to have time to do any painting. Temps going to be below freezing at night the next 3 days with highs only in the 50s. Not good painting weather unless I do it under the basement steps. Then you have the issue of paint smell downstairs.

Just a heads up to you all. I will be in SEMA Tue through Friday. But my shop will be open and accepting packages the whole time, so won't be any problems with delivery.

I got your car today Allan, the wing is popped off. I can't tell if you did it to fit in the case or if it was done in shipping. Either way it looks like it will go back on easily!

Did a little change to the #57. Now 4 secs faster than last year. Hopefully the chatter is gone and it will be in the hunt for the podium.

I didn't re read the rules. Shipped the car today as I've been concerned about other proxies and I did no work on my entry from last year. It is truly noisy but I have my screws set so I don't 3 wheel. Good luck to the builders and re-builders.
