Well lets start with some fun...
Winston Cup Class
Thought we would have a Concours Competition. So I reached out to my spouse, Lance's partner and another official car nut so we had a panel of three judges.
We asked them to judge the following: Exterior, Interior and Overall Finish
The top four were First #46, Runner Up #51, Third Place #90 and in Fourth #13.

Here are they are basking in the sun ... for those with good eyes if you look real closely in the back left of the picture you will see Gilligan's Island here in Kaneohe Bay.
Here are the results for the racing....
Winston Cup Oval Ran at 10.5 volts counter clockwise in 84 degree temperature at 74% humidity

Lance may add comments. The cars are in relatively good shape after a long series. Gear mesh on some cars needs to be addressed. Gearing on this track is very important.
COT Oval Race

Car #5 was re glued 3 times and would not hold up

Podium

Somebody inquired about the track insert that converts the road course to an oval. All anchors are with inset screw downs

Thank you for the opportunity to bring the cars to Hawaii. My final thoughts would be that overall the cars have been raced hard. It is a testament to the Scalextric WC Cars to stand up to the racing on different tracks. My hats off to an amazing COT build done by both #4 for chassis build and smoothness of drive. COT #5 sorry to see your guide holder break. COT #83 is a true champion very smooth, not the fastest but easy to drive. The WC cars were interesting to see the different performance of the Gator and H&K motors and how builders used a wide variety of weights in this class. At least on this track the Bow Ties were up to the task over the Fords. I can hear Arroldn where are the MOPAR cars
Scott thank you for an interesting series...good luck to you all in your future builds.
