I think you should get at least one additional point for finishing first place in the shipping race.

A week and a half to ship all the way from isolated Hawaii has to be worth points!

This is a surprise: I would have expected your car to be the second one there Chris....

Maybe it is lost in the mail? That's too bad, very unfortunate, it was my best car ever, definitely deserving of a 2nd place, and all that effort gone to waste, aaaaah well, have fun without me, there is always next year! Best get back to collecting stamps, much more my pace!

I mailed fairly early because I didn’t know how long it would take to clear customs in these COVID times and because I wanted to stop obsessing over it. It’s quicker than last year’s car (which was a bottom feeder, so that’s not saying much) and it’s much easier to drive without the Piranha ball bearing motor.

Wow, that was quick! I had an order of CBD wheels shipped from Slotcar Corner on Sept.25, cleared customs on Oct.11, still no sign of the wheels.
