Jeremy delivered the cars to Glenn today after work. Glenn will qualify the cars this weekend and will run the race in 2 weeks as he will be 'out of pocket' until that time.

Here is a photo of Glenn's track:

Hi everyone, I would like to say first thank you for letting the 2020 Trans am U2 come to Snipsic Lake Speedway this is defiantly a great bunch of running cars. So we haven't run my track since the February running of the NEC Corvette Challenge so the track was quite dirty! I had my friends Tyler, Jason and Steven come over and run the track in all day Saturday and got it back up in great shape for us. A big thanks to them.
Seeing I haven't had a controller in my hand for quite some time I ran my Nascar for awhile before starting up Qualifying. The way I run qualifying is not a 3 lap and done I will run your car on a average of 6 to 8 laps until I feel I as a driver can not get any more out of your car. I just don't feel throwing a car on the track you never drover before very fair to learn in three laps. some cars I can adapt to right away because they are built to my driving style and others I have to settle into and make small controller adjustments. I hope this makes sense to you as when our group gets proxys in we try our best to give a fair race to all .
That being said Thanks to all for such a great bunch of cars and fun! It will be a couple of weeks until I'm able to run the race , Here is some pics of the cars around the track.

Glenn, thank you and your team for qualifying the cars, and jumping in to host last minute as we called audibles thought out this season, job well done. Also Doubl-B, thank you again for helping arrange these two venues. Congratulations Aloha, Big Duhg, and Redlyner on your qualifying podiums. Good luck to everyone on race day.

Has anyone noticed the Robnc car that has 6 wins and a 2nd, sometimes winning by as much as 3 laps, is now struggling to qualify 22nd and finished 14th during the last race? This car was leading the series by 48 points after 7 races.

Does there appear to be any damage that may have caused this? Robin may or may not chime in. I'm just really curious what has happened to such a fast car?

Am I correct in saying that the last track and this one are the only ones so far that have magnetic braid? Perhaps that has something to do with the changes we have seen in qualifying and race results?

And/or maybe tracks that usually run silicone tyres? I would have thought that those cars with the long can boxer motors would do well with magnetic braid

I think Glen, put it best, the cars that fit his driving style went quicker and a run of 6-10 laps for qualifying are not necessarily an indicator of the the performance of cars over 3-4 minutes per lane. Track configuration, conditions, weight, tires coming in or going away as well as the driver can all become factors. Best example, Sir Gascarnut as we all know is a TOP builder, I’ve noticed his cars tend to get stronger towards the middle to the end of a Proxy and sometimes underperform at the start. Finally, all hosts have been in touch with car issues, which have been minor so far in our proxy. Let’s see how cars perform on race day.

I do not have magna braid on my track and as far as I know Jeremy doesn't either and we do run silicon tires on most of our cars that's what you see laid down on the track .
