  • Trans-Am Car Returns

Just a quick note to let everyone know that I received the cars last Friday from Fast Co., whose SCANC racers hosted the last Round for us. I'm packing them up now and will try to get them in the mail to everyone sometime early next week.

Let me know when you receive yours - thanks!

Gentlemen, your cars hit the mail yesterday morning. Those of you in the US should start seeing them Thursday/Friday of this week. Those outside the US in a week or two.

Be sure to let me know when you receive them; thanks.

Also, if anyone can get ahold of Pepsi 62 for me that would be helpful. I need his shipping address to get his car back to him. I've PM'd him 3 times with no reply.

Now that is harsh. I just took mine behind the woodshed.

Aren't you an eager one. I felt accomplished that I even took the car out of the box. 😂

Sorry about the front valence, Tony. I don't know when it happened, but judging from the pics at each of the tracks, I would say likely in the last Round.

I'm going to really need to fire my crew chief now. The woodshed was to lenient. Car came off the hauler running just as fast as when it left. For this size car 20 laps in 55 Secs is good for a 21K motor. Todays COY cars with 18K hawks were only 2 secs slower. 55 secs matches last years COT top qualifier which had a 25K motor in it. So must be the Chassis shop that needs to go to work. I don't pay these guys for 18th place. Now I realize the Forums Cup cars are mostly running in circles. I got to figure out how to make a car handle right, left and esses. I'm going to have to see where I'm loosing time/speed.

OK after reading the spreadsheet I need to find 7/10ths or basically another second.I've got work to do!!!!!!!! The new target will be 20 laps in 54 secs or less for none CanAm type cars. This is what my SCCA Ferrari did upon leaving last week. 54.71 vs 55.77. Um Cuda is 15 grams heavier. Maybe it needs a diet.
