2020 Can Am Proxy Eligibility

I hope that one of these will be eligible to participate not just for me
but all participants plus the 917-10. Looks like I'm raising my hand also
for the #33. Sir Audi1, thank you for the wonderful job of hosting proxies over the past several years. It's been exciting, fun and joy to compete. This year's Can Am has been great.
