This is the 4th iteration of the Palmer Divide Raceway - aptly named as I live on the Palmer Divide in Colorado. This version is an homage to Riverside International Raceway (RIR), but borrows elements from my area and the now-defunct Continental Divide Raceway in Castle Rock, Colorado.
It is hand-routed, 20 feet long and 7 feet wide at the top. Copper tape with 1 power supply per lane. Interior latex satin paint on the surface, and an IR timing setup running Race Coordinator software for timing. I really love the fuel option it has.
Lot's of landscaping completed, many resin and 3D-printed figures I've done and painted as well. I've used grandstands from Magnetic Racing and all the other structures are scratch-built.
I've really enjoyed this track build and am very happy with how it performs.
