Brooklands Speedway

My layout is a work in progress in HO Scale. The speedway section is made up of Atlas and Lionel track. The city adds Aurora Model Motoring track to this mix. My emphasis is on scenery. I am currently working on an old Bachmann Spectrum kit of a Sears Kit House. I have gotten a bit carried away and have added rooms on the first floor with figures and furnishings, and a coal bin in the basement. Wow, I just viewed all the detailed photos on the Flicker site. Amazing level of detail on all elements of the track. Some of my favourites........moving bumper cars, mini putt scene, the swimming hole, and the scale slot car track INSIDE the hobby shop. Its hard to believe all these figures are HO scale with the level of detail that is painted on. Well done.
