ID:	17716 New forum, old track build. I’ll try to post as many build pictures before I get to the current pictures.
The frame is built from 3mm plywood over 3/4”X3/4” pine to make the girders and perimeter frame work. The ribs are 2”X3/4” pine . The legs are just 1/2” plywood with a radius on one side so the track can be tilted against the wall.

LOL, I was posting this from my phone, so I was limited...LOL

They are actually glued up box sections and it's holding up great.

ID:	18509 I sketched the track out on copy paper, no real dimensions. Over all, I knew that the table would be about 14X7.
When if came to the racing surface dimensions, I just laid the panels on the table and began to sketch and cut.

Hi Eric, did you have a guide of some sort to keep the cuts neat?

ID:	18598 It’s really cool as a track comes together. Solving one problem usually creates another.

Oh, are you referring to the photos in post #6 ? I can't see those. I can see all of the other pics just fine.

Thanks Eric. Looks like a fun track to drive, and I like the way you located the LC's to take a natural racing line.

ID:	24429 We had a get together recently and I was able to show off some updates to the slot garage . I went with Martini colors for the wall . I recently built a 20’ foot long workbench for dedicated pit space.

All night, we were lining up heats of digital cars. Bruce Yingling HSSRMS keeps track of who finished where.
