Another car I've wanted to for a while. Gary Doucette made a great resin model of this about 15-16 years ago. He passed awhile back and another guy is selling bodies from his molds. He had quit offering the Miller, probably because the mold got so bad. I emailed him about it and he ran one thru ebay and I bought it. It was rough. I re-worked it to be a slot body and widened it just enough in the rear to fit a Dynamic inline chassis. I made a slush mold from this body. I figure a couple rough bodies would be all I would need to make and the extra time was not warranted. The hardest part was getting the driver and mechanic to fit and look about right. They were my own castings from an old time midget driver I had on hand. I still need to figure out what to do with the wheels. The car should have tall, skinny tires and wire wheels. I am going to look thru my model junk box and see what I can find. I think the old Monogram 34 Coupe had original style wire wheels. I probably have them somewhere and they might work out OK. The correct wheels are red which will set off the car a little more. This car was driven by Ted Horn in 1935.
