    Just got a reply to the question at hand. Use 70% denatured alcohol to dilute. Can dilute 50/50, but will be a risk of ink bleeding if the decal paper/ink has not dried completely. So probably a 75/25 MS to alcohol will be sufficient. Spray a very light coat of mixture, let dry for at least 20 minutes, then apply heavier coat to seal and condition. Wait at least 24 hours to use decals, in case theres any reaction. Also, use room temp water to put decals in to dislodge from paper, not cold, not warm. So there we have it, straight from the horses mouth!

      Personally, I had him do some custom work for me. He has been trying to sell it for 3 or 4 years now.
