As one of the cars that came in my original first set, this car was a nightmare from the beginning. Not a good starter car by any means when getting into slots.

Some years back I believe I was seeking help on this car and came to the conclusion that this antiquated guide system was the cause of all my problems. While it has been a ghost car for many years now, it really does not do well in any 1/60 curve. I have to have the speed so slow just to stay on the track. Yes, I tried mags, and weight, and tires. Actually do to its poor handling it forced me to learn a lot about slots.
Anyways, I just want to run this car as a respectable ghost car or have at least a little fun driving it.
Anybody have a replacement chassis that will fit the body with a "normal" guide system?
