  • Good Morning, TGIF!

Hope all of you are ready for the weekend, I know I am!

Working on more tuning videos/photos for the Thunderbird and hopefully will get back to the bench and warm up the old iron for chassis work.

Forum is humming along nicely after a few updates. I had Steve do a full service on it, so we have fresh oil and all lubed in the right spots

Glad to see that some new releases are coming in. My new Revoslots are so to arrive as well as some Scalextric. There just might be a contest coming soon for you painting stay tuned

Hope all of you have a fun weekend.

With the Grandkids coming over next week I need to get the printers running again so I thought I could hopefully get a Doorstop ready for them to watch it print out, build, and race. It'll have four wheel drive for grins and giggles so hopefully it will turn out. I had better order some parts today from SCC for I'll be needing some Dum Dums.

Been watching enough football to put a normal human into a coma. If you don't count frequent naps in the recliner I'm holding up just fine.

Spending 6 hours or so a day working on Excel spreadsheets to generate race files for my simulated races and track results. An 'Event' (weekly show) on the oval consists of 17 heats and features, and 4 of those are in the books so far this year. On the road course 2 independent events have been run, Trans Am ('66 - '73) and World Sportscar (Le Mans '66 - '72). Next up is the first race of the year for Can-Am ('66 - '73) which I'm really looking forward to because I love the mix of cars and drivers so much.

Many more races on each track to go before the seasons are completed - should keep me quite busy through the entire winter.

          Happy December!
