So what are y’all snacking on today? Down here, we are exciting our palate’s with some Crawfish Dip!
Oh, so you say you want the recipe, eh? Well, okay then here it is!
1# Crawfish, peeled, and keep the fat!
4 strips Bacon, make into bits
1 block Cream Cheese
1/2 cup PepperJack Cheese
1/2 cup Green Pepper
1/2 cup Onion
2 Tbs Trinity
2 Tbs Tony C’s
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Whip cream cheese till smooth and fluffy
Add Trinity, Black Pepper, Onion, Green Pepper, Bacon, PepperJack Cheese
Mix well until blended
Add Crawfish tails, with juice and fat!
Mix well until blended
Cover and put in Fridge for an hour, mix about half an hour in
Take out and serve cold with your favorite dipper or crackers
Or to serve hot, bake at *350 for 20-30 minutes until slight browning crust starts
Then pig out on that $**t!
Me, I can’t wait, so I eat it off the spoon as I’m going along till it’s gone!
