I've been learning new techniques and recipes from a guy called "Chef John". I'm not exactly an amateur, but this guy makes me stop the feed and go look things up!

I’ve watched some of his videos. He has some good ideas. I need to make some Mongolian pork. Haven’t made it since the wife passed away. Easy recipe. The hardest thing to make is the rice.
