I made Southern fried cabbage this afternoon. Just finished a big helping and I’m full. I hadn’t made it in a while. Also made fresh coleslaw with sweet oil and vinegar dressing. That’s some good eats.

I didn’t have any bacon and I was too lazy to go to the grocery store so I used some ham I had on hand. It wasn’t quite as tasty but it was still good. I normally use bacon but only half of the grease and all the meat.Ken
