Interesting developments for sure considering the history of the principles involved

This is indeed big news. It seemed the Hulman family would retain control of the speedway that is such an icon in motor sports. I also think the Indycar series has a bright future and could become the top racing series in America.

I also want to reassure all supporters of Slothead Racing Inc. that Shepherd Speedway and Shelby-Hendrix Speedway are NOT for sale and will remain under our control. I would consider allowing Penske to obtain a 10% stake of our operation in exchange for a 10% stake in Indy.

This is big new. I never forget a few years back the old Miss Hulman hit her daughter when she tried to say Gentlemen Start your Engines at the Indy 500 because she was to slow to say it. I fell out of my seat. I do love the Indy series 'much better racing than the Boring F1 which I do like also but Mercedes wins every race. At least Indy racing you get more than one winner every race.

The board of trustees and upper management team at Slothead Racing is on full alert to resist any attempt to take over any of our assets. Our legal team is in place and says we're safe. As a matter of fact we've revised our prior position - it would now take a 15% share of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to get a 10% share of our holdings.
