Its always comforting to see evidence of a fellow addict! I look forward to the day when you announce you have a room rewired for lots of big power tools for little toy cars. I can see it now... first a machine lathe, which makes you have to have a mill, then a better metal cutting band saw, followed by a table full of sheet metal working tools and a 3-way roller machine...

yes. "money spent on tools is never wasted."
i try to have four varieties: regular everyday use, crappy for grinding down to fit in tight places, a high quality set with sharp clean edges and a new set just in case.

I just picked up one of these and I can't wait to use it. I'm waiting for Pete's light kits to arrive - then I'll be busy installing about 11 kits and really make use of my new tool! I also picked up this a couple weeks ago, it works great!
Having the right tool for the job makes it priceless!

Was told about the glue tool here recently- let us know how it works.
We have 2 glue guns in the house thanks to my wife, Very useful for scenery work on the track. She also provided the router and jig saw used to build the track.

So , who needs a cure of all of this . The real question is , who would want the cure if there is one ?
