Packing up over the next few weeks and moving south to a small city on the island of Kyushu, Japan. Should be a nice change from the bright lights and big city life of Tokyo. Hopefully I will have some room to set up a permanent or at least a table top layout.

It really is the rainy season now, and Kumamoto has been hit hard. Torrential doesn't describe what 5 or more days of continuous rain is. We are headed near there in Sasebo, Nagasaki. There have been some mudslides and limited flooding but not nearly as bad. We are still in Tokyo until the end of the month, and we hope that the rainy season will stop so we can just simply enjoy hot and humid weather.

Drove 1200+ KM on Friday, from Tokyo to Nagasaki. Great weather, not much traffic and about $230.00 toll fee. In a hotel now looking for a place to live. Hopefully with a room for a semi-permanent track. The floor just doesn't cut it anymore.Chris aka CJR RACING Denver, Colorado and Nagasaki, JapanComment

Six years in the Navy & never made it to Japan.....Would sure like to........Good luck on the move
Being in the Tokyo area I'm sure you've heard of the "World Famous" Kyoto Tachibana High School Marching Band.
You better not leave Japan without catching a performance.
