Yes! I'd build a deck in front of that dormer above the porch and put some comfy outdoor chairs up there.
Then, so as not to be a freeloader I go see the track owner or promoter and ask what deal we can make for season tickets. Wanting the track to do well I'd want to do my part. And, at the start of the show the announcer could call us out and say hello to the paying customers across the street.
