    Easter weekend cookin'?

    Our son scored us a nice one for the weekend...going to be a low and slow day

        That pellet grille, you have been thinking about, would come in handy about now. I would cover it with a nice rub and put on the grille for about 14 hours with hickory pellets at 250.

          The next time I do a brisket, you are invited. I going to try doing it a little different... smoke for 6 - 8 hours at 225 and bake covered for 4 hours at 300, this time with cherry wood pellets.

                Don't know if you all have this locally, but I tell ya, its great stuff. I'm always a Sweet Baby Ray guy, but once in awhile this has to be used.
