    Customer service done right! My Sideways McLaren 720 white kit arrived before the holidays with two nose pieces and no tail section. I notified the retailer, Electric Dreams, and they mailed a tail that the postal service managed to lose during the holiday rush. After the piece didn’t arrive I contacted ED again who apologized and said they would send another. Today a brand new complete kit arrived with a note from ED saying that Sideways had similar issues with several units so they sent whole replacement kit. Way to step up by both ED and Sideways.

    I've never had an issues with Electric Dreams but can attest to the support from Racer. Every vendor or supplier will have problems some time; how they deal with the problem is what sets them apart.

      I have said it IS possible to buy a good reputation. But you have to be willing to write generous checks on a moments notice.
