If memory serves, that's one of New Jersey professional artist Bob Hardin's "Slot Car Thrillustrations." I've known him since his original three pieces, and he captures the spirit of the early Aurora HO racing scene. I've got quite a few of his pieces that I had purchased at the NJ Slot Car Show held in the PAL hall off RT46 in Parsippany each May and November, a show I've been a vendor at for decades. He was a staff artist at Hot Rod Cartoons in the 1980s before the demise of the original magazine. He has so many cool pieces available. Google him, you'll probably find his website. -- Ernie
