There are a lot of GT3 files available on 3d printables or 3D export . com. Most are pay files for about $10.00, but sometimes they have 50% off sales. I support the idea of intellectual property and therefor only share free files. Thiniverse is probably your best bet for free files. I think you might find a few there. Be aware some of the files are the street version of the car, which will lack the wings and other aero pieces of the racing version. I fell victim to this a couple of times where in my haste I downloaded a street version, only to find the racing version later.

Because I never thought to identify the files as free or purchased, I have a stash of files, but no way of identifying the free ones. This makes sharing hard if I want to adhere to the principles of intellectual property. Instead I just try to steer people to the online sites where I harvested the files
