  • 1965 Plymouth Fury [Finished]

This is a resin body that needed a lot of work to clean up. It is molded off a old IMC kit. I am mounting it on a Pioneer Dodge Charger chassis. I also used Pioneer wheels and axles. The interior is made up of parts from the leftover box. I had to modify the rear seat to fit the motor. I painted the body with Testors lacquer Flame Red and cleared it. Body trim is done with Bare Metal Foil. Sorry for the blurry pic's. More to come.

Did the Pioneer chassis fit or did you have to re-work it to make it fit ?

I had to move the front axle forward a smidge. I used some plastic tubing.

It is finished. Tail pipes and mirror are from a Scalextric Charger. Some windows were made and fitted to the body. I put some weight in the chassis and it is a good runner!

That looks great, you can hardly tell the rear seat is modified.
